• Homeowners begin by selecting a home improvement product or service they already plan to install — such as windows, roofing, or other upgrades — that is offered by contractors participating in the Paid 2 Upgrade program
• Once selected, homeowners submit their contact information to be connected with participating contractors for that product

After submission, a participating contractor or Paid 2 Upgrade may contact you to discuss your project.

• Contractors are enrolled and qualified to participate in the program
• Project details, pricing, and timelines are handled directly between the homeowner and contractor
• Paid 2 Upgrade does not sell products or negotiate project terms

After your project is completed, you may choose to participate in Paid 2 Upgrade’s marketing program. Participation includes photos, videos, and any other approved content of the completed project.

Participation is optional and requires approval.

Homeowners who choose to participate in approved marketing activities receive a marketing participation payment after completion.

Marketing participation payments are issued only for marketing participation and are not provided for project completion alone.
